- For all common carrier shipments, selection of the carrier is the customer's responsibility.
- We are in no way responsible for lost or damaged shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim for lost or damaged shipments with the shipper.
- All materials must be inspected by purchaser, before or upon receipt of merchandise. Gramar Stone Center, Inc is not responsible for materials once it leaves our premises.
| Returns - Returns are accepted solely at the discretion of Gramar Stone Center, Inc.
- Returns are accepted within 2 weeks, and are subject to 25% restocking fee.
- All returns must have an approval from our order desk.
- Returns must be in original condition and unopened cartons.
- No partial order returns. Returns of full orders will be accepted after inspected and approved by Gramar Stone Center sales staff.
| Liability - Natural stone is a product of nature and is therefore subject to natural variation of color, shading, veins, markings, and texture from piece to piece. The typical variation of a stone is dependen upon the type of stone selected.
- No claims will be accepted after materials are fabricated or installed. We extend no guarantees; expressed or implied, as to slipperiness, wear resistance or maintenance procedures. All natural stone is subject to some wearing or scratching over time. Food and other acids may stain or etch the surface of some stones.
